Every project starts by getting to know you. Armed with information about your organization and requirements, we’re perfectly equipped to find the right candidate. Once we’ve narrowed down the right attributes for your intended IT, HR or operations executive or director-level professional, I begin my search.

I’m usually able to present you with three to five candidate profiles within two to three weeks. Although these professionals all fulfill the required role, each has a unique selling point. The candidates I select are diverse in terms of character, knowledge, and experience.

I prefer long-term relationships – an exclusive partnership in which my personal commitment, years of experience, and professional skills provide added value. Our partnership will be marked by regular contact. That said, a once-off job is also a possibility.

In my quest for the perfect professionals, I scour the entire market and select the top talent that matches the vacant position. I identify three to five suitable profiles by screening approximately 200 people. Of these, I approach 80, and interview 30. Because I’m in close contact with these professionals, I have access to talent that you might not find yourself. As a result, you choose from several top candidates, and I get to offer my honest opinion. This way, both parties can be 100% confident of a match.
